164 <br />Commission to formulate .a preliminary plan and feasibility study for the redevelopment of the project area. <br />Mr. Williams called the Council's attention to the fact that the area has been increased to include the area on the <br />east side of the freeway. <br />Mr. Williams stated once the Redevelopment Agency and Planning Commission complete the preliminary plan and <br />feasibility study it will require public hearing before the City Council and Redevelopment Agency. <br />Discussion followed. <br />Moved by Councilman Gonzales, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to approve Resolution No. 3517., Vote was unani- <br />mous. <br />RESO_LU_TION NO._3517 - RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DESIGNATING A SURVEY <br />AREA AND DIRECTING Ta REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR THE CITY OF COLTON AND THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION TO FORMULATE A PRELIMINARY PLAN AND FEASIBILITY STUDY <br />FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT OF THE PROJECT AREA FOR THE CITY OF COLTON. <br />CITY MANAGER REPORTS AND- RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Contracts <br />San Bernardino County <br />City Manager Huffaker reported from his memorandum regarding Helicopter Patrol Service. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Spragins, seconded by Councilman Hayes, to approve Resolution No. 3518, for helicopter <br />patrol service under contract with the County of San Bernardino for the period of February 1, 1975, through June <br />30, 1975, at the cost of $4,190.39. Vote was unanimous. <br />RESOLUTION NOs: 3518 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO <br />EXECUTE CONTRACT WITH COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO FOR HELICOPTER SERVICES. <br />CITY ATTORNEY REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Municipal Code <br />City Attorney Hutton reported a resolution has been prepared setting a fee for the sale of the City Municipal Code <br />recently completed through codification of our ordinances. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Spragins, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to approve Resolution No. 3519. Vote was unani- <br />mous. <br />RESOLUTION NO=3519 - RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON WITH REFERENCE TO THE <br />_ Y COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE. <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: <br />Boards & Commissions <br />Bicentennial Committee <br />Councilman Rehrer requested Council action, either yes or no,, to have Staff look into the cost and printing of the <br />new logo Bicentennial Seal that they could use; rather than, having letterhead paper printed with the logo Bicenten- <br />nial Seal. Councilman Rehrer stated he felt the printing of a logo seal would be more economical. <br />Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilwoman Spragins, to direct Staff to do a cost and feasibility study <br />and report back to the Council on the printing of the new logo Bicentennial Seal. Vote was unanimous . <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION: <br />Personnel <br />Council adjourned to Executive Session at 8:17 p. m, on request of City Manager Huffaker to discuss personnel <br />matters . <br />Council reconvened at 8:45 p. m. All members present. <br />ADTOURNMENT: <br />Moved by Councilwoman Spragins, seconded by Councilman Hayes, to adjourn. Vote was unanimous.
