163 <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br />Zoning <br />Daniel M. Adamo/ABC Appliances <br />Mayor declared the Public Hearing open. <br />City Clerk Ramos submitted Affidavit of Publication and reported no objections had been received. <br />Planning Director Williams reported Staff and the Planning Commission recommend approval of the Zone Change Appli- <br />cation for 446 Fog Street from M-1 to M -2-X zone change, subject to the 5 conditions as stated in Planning Commission <br />Resolution No. 769. <br />Mr. Daniel M. Adamo, the zone change applicant, stated he was not opposed to the zone change, however, he would <br />like to have certain areas of the conditions clarified. In particular the requirement of an 8 foot wall. <br />Councilman Gonzales asked Planning Director Williams what type wall was required. <br />Planning Director Williams stated that Mr. Adamo was to submit a plan for construction of a wall for approval by Staff. <br />Mr. Adamo was advised to contact Planning Director, George Williams. <br />Moved by Councilman Gonzales, seconded by Councilman Hayes, to terminate the Public Hearing. Vote was unani- <br />mous. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Spragins, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to pass First Reading of Ordinance No. 1475 and <br />waive further reading. Vote was unanimous. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1475 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 964, AS AMENDED <br />AND PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN ZONE REC LASSIFICATIONS. <br />General Plan <br />Transportation and Circulation Element <br />Mayor Huntoon declared the Public Hearing open. <br />City Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavit of Publication. <br />Planning Director Williams outlined the Transportation and Circulation Element, reporting on the purpose and object- <br />ives of the Element as a part of the General Plan. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Spragins, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to terminate the Public Hearing. <br />Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilwoman Spragins to approve Resolution No. 3515. Vote was unani- <br />mous. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3515 - RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN <br />AND APPROVING THE TRANSPORTATION AND CIRCULATION ELEMENT. <br />Pers onne 1 <br />Specifications/Positions <br />Mayor Huntoon declared the Public Hearing open. <br />City Manager Huffaker submitted the Affidavit of Posting. <br />City Manager Huffaker reported the hearing is to consider amending Resolution No. 3441, Pay and Classification Plan, <br />by the addition of the classes of Police Service Officer and Police Reserve Officer. <br />Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Hayes, to terminate the Public Hearing. Vote was unanimous. <br />Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilman Rehrer to approve Resolution No. 3516. Vote was unanimous. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3516 - RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AMEND- <br />MENTS TO THE PAY AND CLASSIFICATION PLAN PURSUANT TO PERSONNEL RULES AND REGULA- <br />TIONS, RULE II, SECTION 3 AND RULE IV, SECTION 6. <br />CORRESPONDENCE: <br />Parks Division <br />Fleming Park <br />City Manager Huffaker reported the Colton High School Band and Choir have requested the use of Fleming Park on <br />Saturday, June 7, 19 75 . Vote was unanimous. <br />Fleming Park <br />City Manager Huffaker reported on the request of Reverend Harold Boeche, Pastor of St. John's Lutheran Church, to use <br />Fleming Park on Easter morning, April 18, 19 76 . <br />Moved by Councilwoman Spragins, seconded by Councilman Hayes, to approve the request of St. John's Lutheran <br />Church to use Fleming Park on April t8, 1976.
