Mayor Huntoon stated that it has come to the City's attention that several residents in R-1, Single <br />Family Residential Zones, are conducting weekly or ongoing yard or garage sales. Mayor Huntoon stated that adjacent <br />neighbors have complained because in reality these continuing yard sales are retail businesses, the merchandise being <br />sold is being brought in from other places. <br />Council discussion followed. Most Council members felt that some type of regulation was needed, however, further <br />study of this particular ordinance was needed. <br />On Council consensus the matter of Regulating the Sale of Personal Property from Non -Licensed Premises was tabled <br />until the next regular Council meeting. <br />A n TOY MXTMVNT <br />There being no further business to come before the City Council at this time, on motion of Councilman Hayes, second- <br />ed by Councilman Rehrer and unanimously passed, Mayor Huntoon adjourned the meeting at 8:07 p.m. <br />_ A Q. <br />HELEN A.
