<br />Garage Sales
<br />City Attorney Edwards stated that Ordinance No. 1483, pertaining to garage sales, yard sales, etc., has been
<br />revised, with the additions and corrections as noted by the Council members at a previous meeting, and is now
<br />being submitted for first reading.
<br />After Council discussion, it was determined that the permit fee, as stated in Section 5.45.020, should be reduced
<br />from $3.00 to $2.00.
<br />Moved by Councilwoman Spragins, seconded by Mayor Huntoon, to approve first reading of Ordinance No. 1483, and
<br />waive further reading, with correction to Section 5.45.020 as noted. Motion carried, with Councilman Rehrer
<br />voting NO.

<br />The City Council adjourned to Executive Session at 8:53 p.m., and reconvened at 9:38 p.m., all members present.
<br />Community Projects Committee
<br />Moved by Councilwoman Spragins, seconded by Councilman Gonzales, to approve recommendations of the Community
<br />Projects Committee for a possible park site, and alternate site, and to authorize Staff to initiate acquisition
<br />procedures through HUD for a proposed park. Vote was unanimous.

<br />Room of the Civic Center, located at 650 North La Cadena Drive, Colton, California, at 7:30 p. m., Mayor Huntoon
<br />presiding.
<br />Notice of Special Meeting was given on October 24, 1975, in compliance with Government Code Section 54956.
<br />Mayor Huntoon led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
<br />Invocation was offered by Councilman Leroy Rehrer.
