3341d CITY COUNCIL: Conflict of Interest Codes City Clerk Ramos requested authorization from the City Council to initiate steps for compliance with the Political Reform Act of 1974, with regard to adoption of Conflict of Interest Codes for the City. Questions and answers followed with regard to deadlines for adoption of the City Council's Code and the City's departments, boards and commissions codes. Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilman Gonzales, to adopt Resolution No. 3619. Unanimous vote. RESOLUTION NO. 3619 - RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DESIGNATING THE AGENCIES OF THE CITY TO PREPARE CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRO- VISIONS OF THE POLITICAL REFORM ACT OF 1974 AND DIRECTING THE PREPARATION OF SUCH CODES. City Clerk Ramos requested authorization to forward Resolution No. 3619 and the Conflict of Interest materials to the Employee Organizations. Moved by Councilman Gonzales, seconded by Councilman Hayes, to authorize the City Clerk to forward Resolution No. 3619 and the Conflict of Interest Material to the Employee Organizations'as requested.
