Councilman Hayes felt that by combining both the Police and Fire Safety Employees in one measure would be much more <br />advantageous and possibly a stronger selling point to the voters, inasmuch as it will be the voters who will decide <br />the issue. Mr. Hayes said he felt that this was just good, common sense. <br />Councilman Gonzales stated that he was in agreement with Councilman Hayes. <br />Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, to approve Resolution No. 3629.
