Mr. E. H. Robinson, 145 East G Street, Colton, spoke again regarding his high utility bills, the recent rate <br />increases, and monies that are being spent by the City and the Council members. <br />FXFCIITTVF gFCCTnN <br />The City Council adjourned to Executive Session at 8:57 p. m., to discuss Personnel Matters, and reconvened at <br />10:23 p. m., all members present. <br />PPrcnnnal <br />Community Development Coordinator <br />Moved by Councilman Gonzales, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, the City Council appointed Mr. Arturo de la Cerda <br />as Community Development Coordinator, effective Monday, August 23, 1976. RAMOS <br />City Clerk <br />City of Colton <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />September 7, 1976 <br />A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above given date at 7:30 p.m., in the <br />Council Chambers of City Hall, Mayor Pro Tem Gonzales presiding. <br />Mayor Pro Tem Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />Invocation was offered by Councilman Leroy Rehrer. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Council members present were Hayes, Cisneros, Rehrer, and Mayor Pro Tem Gonzales. :Also present <br />were City Manager <br />Huffaker, City Attorney Edwards, and City Clerk Ramos.
