EXECUTIVE SESSION: The City Council adjourned to Executive Session at 8:30 p. m., to discuss Personnel and Litigation matters, and reconvened at 9:27 p. m., all Members present. Dcrcnnnal Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Hayes, to approve Resolution No. 3701. Vote was unanimous. RESOLUTION NO. 3701 - RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING THE 1976-77 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET. Litigation Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Gonzales, approving and authorizing settlement in the amount of $156,000, to be paid to Norman S. Fink Engineering Company, Inc. Vote was unanimous. ADJOURNMENT: Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros and unanimously passed, Mayor Beltran adjourned the meeting at 9:30 p. m. Mayor Beltran led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Invocation was offered by Councilman Leroy Rehrer. (Approve and authorize recording) Resolution No. 3699 Amending 76/77 Budget (Account Transfers). (Rescind) Ordinances Full reading of ordinances on Agenda waived. Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, to approve the Consent Calendar. Vote was unanimous. MAYOR'S REPORTS AND PROCLAMATIONS: Proclamation - Sudden Infant Death Syndrome Awareness Week, July 25 - 315 1977. PUBLIC HEARINGS: Demolition Property at 443 South 5th Street Mayor Beltran declared the Public Hearing open. City Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavit of Publication and reported that no protests had been received. City Attorney Edwards reported from the Building Official's memorandum, dated June 14, 1977, stating that the demolition had been accomplished, that the total sum paid to the demolition contractor by the City was $390.00, and that it would now be in order to adopt Resolution No. 3705 assessing the cost of $390.00 against the property. Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, to close the public hearing. Unanimous vote. Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to adopt Resolution No. 3705.
