<br />A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above given date at 7:30 p. m., in the
<br />Council Chambers of City Hall, Mayor Beltran presiding.
<br />Mayor Beltran led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
<br />Invocation was offered by the Reverend Ernie Broder of Azure Hills Seventh-Day Adventist Church.

<br />accordance with Memorandum from Chief of Police. Vote was unanimous.
<br />MAYOR'S REPORTS AND PROCLAMATIONS:

<br />Mayor Beltran referred to a bulletin from Dennis Hansberger, President of SCAG, regarding the City's support of
<br />Assembly Bill 402, requesting the Council's opinion on this matter.
<br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Hayes, indicating the City Council's support of AB 402, and
<br />authorizing the Mayor to so advise our State Senator. Vote was unanimous.
<br />Zoning
<br />Mayor Beltran reported on a letter received from David L. McKenna, Lawyer, requesting consideration of a change in
<br />zone on property located on 9th Street, between Olive Street and La Cadena Drive.
<br />Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilman Gonzales, to refer the zoning request, from David L. McKenna, to
<br />Staff and the Planning Commission. Vote was unanimous.
