101 AnPFFMFNTC Large Animal Pick Up/Freeman City Manager Calabrese reported the agreement before the Council tonight is for renewal of services provided by Mr. William Freeman for the pick up and storage of large animals and is for a 12 month period commencing July 1, 1978 and ending June 30, 1979. Mr. Calabrese recommended approval of the agreement and authorization for the Mayor to execute same. Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Hayes, to approve the Large Animal Pick Up Agreement with Mr. William Freeman and authorize the Mayor to execute said agreement. Unanimous vote. Vernon Avenue and Cooley Drive, Phase II) has passed, and the City Treasurer has executed a Certificate of Paid and Unpaid Assessments, therefore, staff recommends adoption of Resolution No. 3839 as the next step in the assessment process.
