<br />After total deductions of $1,230., the City Council recommended tentative approval
<br />of the Finance -Utility Billing Budget in the amount of $134,375.

<br />After total deductions of $1,530., the City Council recommended tentative approval
<br />of the Finance -Taxes & Receivables Budget in the amount of $32,400.

<br />The Finance/Data Processing Budget is reflected in the Accounting and Utility Billing
<br />Divisions Budgets. A deletion, in the amount of $1,930., was recommended.

<br />Police, Administration - 2001
<br />Police Chief Phil Elliott made the presentation to the Council Members on the
<br />Police Department Budget, stating that this year's budget has been cut to the
<br />extreme, moreso than in previous years. Mr. Elliott then reviewed each Division
<br />within the Police Department and their accounts, outlining the various deletions
<br />made.
<br />After total deductions of $400., the City Council recommended tentative approval
<br />of the Police -Administration Budget in the amount of $52,320.
<br />Police/Patrol Division - 2002
<br />Discussion was held on Account No. 2002-03, Salaries/Overtime, and the personnel
<br />required for the various parades that are held in the City.
<br />On Council consensus, two of the yearly parades would be retained, the Christmas
<br />Parade and the Fiesta Parade, and the necessary security within the grounds during
<br />the Fiestas, adding a total of $3,000. to Account No. 2002-03, Salaries/Overtime.
<br />After total deductions of $44,355., the City Council recommended tentative approval
<br />of the Police/Patrol Division Budget in the amount of $727,750.
<br />Police/Detective Division - 2004
<br />After total deductions of $25,490., the City Council recommended tentative approval
<br />of the Police/Detective Division Budget in the amount of $149,000.
<br />Police/Animal Control Division - 2005
<br />After total deductions of $150., the City Council recommended tentative approval
<br />of the Police/Animal Control Division Budget in the amount of $26,930.
<br />Police/Service Division - 2006
<br />After total deductions of $38,880., the City Council recommended tentative approval
<br />of the Police/Service Division Budget in the amount of $172,120.
<br />Police/Community Relations Division - 2010
<br />After total deductions of $900., the City Council recommended tentative approval
<br />of the Police/Community Relations Division Budget in the amount of $35,120.
