Moved by Councilman Gonzales, seconded by Councilman Hayes, authorizing the Mayor to notify the California Council on Criminal Justice, Office of Criminal Justice Planning, that the proposed Equal -Employment Opportunity Standard should not be adopted. Motion carried, with Councilwoman Cisneros voting NO. Bids Mr. Calabrese referred to a memorandum dated February 17, 1978, from the General Services Supervisor, recommending that bids be awarded to Fischer Office Interiors and Conlar Associates, in the amount of $33,867, includ- ing tax, for the furnishings for the Lawrence A. Hutton and Peter S. Luque Centers. Mr. Calabrese said Staff recommends the award of bids as outlined, with the funding of $21,200 from Community Centers Capital Outlay as budgeted, and $12,667 from Revenue Sharing funds.
