Staff responded that this was not the hearing for the annexation as yet, that the items before the Council tonight are the prezonings on those properties that are to be considered for annexation in the near future. LOT CLEANING 1978 Weed Abatement Mayor Gonzales announced the time and place fixed for public hearing and declared the public hearing open. City Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavit of Posting and reported that no protests or objections had been received. Community Services Director Young reported from his memorandum to the Council, dated June 27, 1978, saying that a total of 323 parcels were abated and the contractor has satisfactorily completed the 1978 program; it is therefore, recommended that the Notice of Completion be recorded. Mayor Gonzales asked if there was anyone in the audience desiring to be heard. No one addressed the Council. CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING PLANNING Assessment/Cooley Ranch Sewer (amended) Mayor Gonzales announced this was the time and placed fixed for public hearing to consider amended Assessment Cooley Ranch Sewer Assessment District Nos. 27, 28, 29B, 30B, 31B4E, and 32; and Assessment Nos. 27A, 27B, 28C, 28D, 29B1, 32G, and 33.
