Unanimous vote. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br />Zoning <br />P.C. Res. No. 884 <br />Mayor Gonzales declared the continuance of the public hearing on <br />Planning Commission Resolution No. 884, Zone Change Application, <br />Index No. A-4-78. <br />City Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavit of Posting Continuance of <br />Public Hearing and reported no protests or objections had been received. <br />Planning Director Gonzales reported to the City Council, the applicant, <br />Montecito Memorial Park Corporation, petitioned for a change of zone <br />from R -E (Residential Estates) to R -3-X (Multiple Family Residential) <br />with special condit ions for that property situated in the southeast <br />section of the City south of Barton Road between the San Bernardino <br />Flood Control Channel and Reche.
