Res. No. 924 Planning Director Gonzales read in full his memorandum dated July 25, 1979, con- cerning a request for a Conditional Use Permit application from Lucille K. Broussard to establish and operate a nursery school and kindergarten on property located at 575 North 4th Street, advising that the Planning Commission, at a meeting held July 24, 1979, recommended approval of Planning Commission Resolu- tion No. 924, subject to two conditions. Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to approve Planning Commission Resolution No. 924, subject to two conditions as outlined. Vote was unanimous. 0) Planning Files (y Mobile Home Use Planning Director Gonzales advised that the applicant, Inland Christian Center Church, has submitted a letter and plot plan requesting the use of a mobile home as temporary facilities for an educational trailer to be located at 11500 South Mt. Vernon Avenue, on the existing church property, in accordance with Section 18.32.070 of the Colton Municipal Code. Mr. Gonzales stated the property is zoned R-1, and Staff recommends approval of this request, pursuant to Section 18.32.070. Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Hayes, to approve request of Inland Christian Center Church for use of mobile home as temporary educational facility on church site. Vote was unanimous. COMMUNITY SERVICES DIRECTOR'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: Tract Fi1P- City Attorney Edwards advised all subdivision improvements in Tract No. 10333 have been completed in accordance with the requirements of the City Council and the Subdivision Ordinance, and Staff, therefore, recommends the Subdivision Im- provement Bonds be released and Tract No. 10333 accepted. Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, to approve and accept Tract No. 10333 as outlined. Unanimous vote. Tract Fi 1 P-, City Attorney Edwards reported all subdivision improvements i.n Tract No. 9942 have been completed in accordance with the requirements of the City Council and the Subdivision Ordinance, and Staff recommends that the Subdivision Improvement Bonds be released and Tract No. 9942 accepted. Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to approve and accept Tract No. 9942 as outlined. Vote was unanimous. Special Assessments Cooley Ranch Sewer Assessment District City Attorney Edwards stated that due to land divisions within the Cooley Ranch Sewer Assessment District, the assessment rolls and diagram need to be amended, which would be initiated by approval of Resolution No. 3927, setting this matter for public hearing on Tuesday, September 4, 1979. Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to approve Resolution No. 3927. Unanimous vote.
