RESOLUTION NO. 3956 - RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL REFERENCING PREVAILING WAGE <br />SCALE AND DIRECTING CALL FOR CONSTRUCTION BIDS. <br />Mr. Brown then introduced Resolution No. 3957 for consideration and approval. <br />Moved by Mayor Gonzales, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, to approve Resolution <br />No. 3957. Vote was unanimous. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3957 - RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF <br />SPECIAL ASSESSMENT BONDS TO FINANCE IMPROVEMENTS IN A <br />SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT. <br />Mr. Brown advised that a written proposal and bid has been received from Stone & <br />Youngberg dated December 12, 1979, together with a check in the amount of $50,000 <br />for the sale of bonds, as outlined in Resolution No. 3958. Mr. Brown stated that <br />Resolution also provides for the establishment of a fund, to be known as "Redemp- <br />tion Fund for Assessment District No. 78-2". <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Mayor Gonzales, to approve Resolution <br />No. 3958. Unanimous vote. <br />351 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3958 - RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL ACCEPTING PROPOSAL AND MAKING <br />AWARD FOR SALE OF BONDS, AND PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT <br />(� OF A REDEMPTION FUND FOR THE PAYMENT OF SAID BONDS. <br />Q <br />Mr. Brown then presented Resolution No. 3959 for consideration and approval, advis- <br />ing this resolution requests a report from the Planning Commission as to conformity <br />with the General Plan. <br />Q <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Temby, to approve Resolution <br />No. 3959. Vote was unanimous. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3959 - RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL REQUESTING REPORT FROM PLANNING <br />COMMISSION AS TO CONFORMITY WITH GENERAL PLAN REGARDING PRO- <br />POSED ASSESSMENT DISTRICT. <br />Mr. Brown stated the last Resolution for consideration is Resolution No. 3963, which <br />was sent under separate cover by the firm of Best, Best & Krieger, and concerns <br />possible condemnation proceedings for the project in the assessment district, and <br />sets the date of Tuesday, February 5, 1980, for public hearing on this matter. <br />Moved by Councilman Temby, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, to approve Resolution <br />No. 3963. Vote was unanimous. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3963 - RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON SETTING <br />HEARING REGARDING ACQUISITION OF EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS-OF-WAY <br />BY EMINENT DOMAIN AND PROVIDING FOR NOTICE. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Redevelopment/Cooley Ranch <br />City Attorney Edwards stated before considering Second Reading of Ordinance No. 1574, <br />the Council should first consider Resolution No. 3960, which concerns the same matter. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Temby, to approve Resolution <br />No. 3960.
