196 <br />Mrs. Powell said then how much longer shall the citizens wait before the Grand <br />Jury is called in for a complete investigation on this matter to see who is at <br />fault and why it has taken 22 years to build these Centers. Mrs. Powell con- <br />tinued that if these Centers are not finished soon, she will, as a citizen of <br />Colton, take action to see that something is done.
