RESOLUTION NO. 3909 - RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO APPROVE AN AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT BETWEEN THE BOARD OF ADMINISTRATION OF THE PUBLIC EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON. No. 908 Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, setting for public hearing on Tuesday, May 15, 1979, Appeal filed by Mr. Keith Morley on Planning Commission Resolution No. 908. Vote was unanimous. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: Councilman Temby asked the City Attorney if he had any information on the two buildings located along Mt. Vernon Avenue, near La Cadena Drive, that had been lost by fire. City Attorney Edwards answered he had no information at this time. Mayor Gonzales stated it was his understanding that Condemnation proceedings were in process o -n those buildings at the time of the fire. Mr. Frank Smith, 270 West F Street, Colton, asked who is responsible for the alleys located between "F" and "G" Streets, and 6th and 7th Streets, and when will they be cleaned up. Mayor Gonzales assured Mr. Smith that a Staff Member will look into this matter, and take whatever action is necessary. ADJOURNMFNT- Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Hayes and unanimously passed, Mayor Gonzales adjourned the meeting at 8:47 p. m. HELEN A. Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Invocation was offered by the Reverend W. J. Coleburn of the First Assembly of God Church.
