336 COUNCIL MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 20, 1979 <br />A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above <br />given date at 7:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Mayor Gonzales <br />presiding. <br />Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />Invocation was offered by the Reverend John Wolfe of the Healing Waters Assembly. <br />Council Members present were Hayes, Cisneros, Rehrer, Temby, and Mayor Gonzales. <br />Also present were City Manager Gonzales, City Attorney Edwards, and City Clerk <br />Ramos. <br />CONSENT.CALENDAR: <br />Minutes <br />November 6, 1979 <br />Warrants <br />31883 through 32127 <br />106765 108105 108115 10945 through 10974 <br />11203 through 11340 <br />November 15, 1979 Inclusive <br />Bids <br />Request permission to advertise for one Van, Police Department. Coussoulis, Jerome T. and Mary Taurek, <br />Sewer Easement. Approve and authorize recording. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Hayes, to approve the Con- <br />sent Calendar. Vote was unanimous. <br />MAYOR'S REPORTS AND PROCLAMATIONS: <br />Proclamations <br />Mayor Gonzales read in full a Proclamation declaring November 18 through 25, 1979, <br />as National Bible Week. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br />Redevelopment Agency <br />Mayor Gonzales declared the Continuation of the Joint Public Hearing. <br />Chairman Hayes declared the Continuation of the Joint Public Hearing. <br />City Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavit of Posting the Continuance of Joint <br />Public Hearing and reported that no protests or objections had been received. <br />Mr. John Brown, Legal Counsel for the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton, <br />stated the Joint Public Hearing this evening, in compliance with sections of the <br />State's Health and Safety Code, concerns the additiQn of a small parcel of land <br />to the Redevelopment Plan for the Cooley Ranch, Project No. 4. Mr. Brown said <br />for some unknown reason this piece of property was omitted from the original <br />boundary map, and is now being included. <br />Mr. Brown stated that in December the necessary resolutions and ordinances will <br />be presented for consideration and approval pertaining to this matter, there- <br />fore, after hearing any comments or protests this evening, the proper action would <br />be to close the public hearing. <br />NOV C) ';J,19 <br />
