314 Mr. Frank Rebollo, General Manager of <br />the Chamber of Commerce, recommended the <br />City Council approve writing a letter to Congressman Brown indicating its support <br />of the energy program, that had been discussed previously. <br />Council Members were in agreement with the suggestion. <br />Mr. Rebollo also recommended the City of Colton look into the possibility of <br />utilizing solar energy in home construction, such as being done in Los Angeles <br />County. <br />Mr. John Holmes, 580 West'E Street, Colton, stated he felt the City Council should <br />very definitely keep their eye on the distribution of these Federal Block Grant <br />funds. <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION: <br />The City Council adjourned to Executive Session at 9:00 p. m., to discuss matters <br />of possible Litigation, and reconvened at 9:13 p. m., all Members present. <br />ADJOURNMENT - <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Hayes and unanimously passed, <br />Mayor Gonzales adjourned the meeting at 9:15 p. m. <br />HELEN A.
