Disability Insurance City Auditor Young stated their has been a decrease in Disability Insurance and the $646 appears to be adequate. Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to tentatively approve the Disability Insurance Budget as submitted. Unanimous vote. Bonded Debt/Underpass Bonds/Public Building Construction Certificates City Auditor Young explained the Bonded Debt service budget, saying the Underpass Bonds are for the 1965 Series and will be paid off in 1988; the Public Building Construction Certificate is for the Civic Center and is due to be paid off in 1986. These two budgets are for the principal and interest payments on the bonds. Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Hayes, to tentatively approve the Bonded Debt Budget as submitted. Unanimous vote. Budget Scheduling Acting City Manager Elliott asked the City Council to consider meeting on Thursday, June 19, to review the Recreation, Finance, City Manager and Personnel Budgets; and possibly give tentative overall approval with final approval scheduled for sometime next week. Oral Communications Mr. Ray Abril asked if the citizens would be able to take part during the Recreation Budget protion as he would like to find out how much is left of the $33,000 Revenue Sharing allocation given to the Special Recreation Program. Mr. Abril said he would like an itemized statement of how much was spent and how it was spent. Acti-ng City Manager Elliott replied that currently it is planned to continue all on going programs, however, they would come under the Recreation Department. Mr. Elliott siad he could meet with Mr. Abril and go over any questions he may have and supply him with an itemized statement as requested. A meeting time of Friday, June 20, 1980, at 3:30 p. m., was agreed on by Mr. Abril and Mr. Elliott. EXECUTIVE SESSION: The City Council adjourned to Executive Session at 7:00 p. m., for Meet and Confer matters. The City Council reconvened from Executive Session at 7:30 p. m., all Members present. Note: Although Executive Session was called for, the City Council instead recessed and postponed Executive Session to be held after the Regular City Council Agenda scheduled for 7:30 p. m. ADJOURNMENT: Mayor Gonzales adjourned the meeting at 7:30 p. m., by unanimous vote on motion of Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Hayes. y HELEN A.
