EXECUTIVE SESSION: 433 <br />The City Council adjourned to executive session at 6:59 p. m., to discuss the <br />status of the Meet and Confer procwss. The City Council reconvened at 7:42 <br />p. m., all members present as upon roll call. <br />Memorandums of Understanding <br />Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, to approve Resolution <br />No. 4010. Unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4010 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON TO <br />CONSIDER MEMORANDUMS OF UNDERSTANDING FOR MEMBERS OF THE <br />COLTON POLICE ASSOCIATION AND MEMBERS OF THE GENERAL AND <br />FIRE CHAPTERS OF THE SAN BERNARDINO PUBLIC EMPLOYEES ASSOCI- <br />ATION OF THE CITY OF COLTON, EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1980. <br />Resolution No. 4012 <br />City Attorney Edwards reported the City Council had elected compensate the <br />Management and Confidential employees of the City of Colton in the same manner <br />as the General Employees, with an option to elect to receive an additional two <br />0) percent salary increase and deleting the dental plan benefit. City Attorney read <br />co the resolution in full. <br />M Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded b Councilwoman Garcia to approve Resolution <br />Q y � pp <br />Q No. 4012. Unanimous vote. <br />Q RESOLUTION NO. 4012 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL AFFORDING BENEFITS TO MANAGE- <br />MENT AND CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF COLTON. <br />Resolution No. 4011 <br />City Attorney Edwards introduced Resolution No. 4011, reading it as to number and <br />title. City Attorney Edwards reported that additional language would be needed <br />in Resolution No. 4011 to allow the option provided by Resolution No. 4012. Mr. <br />Edwards read a clause to be added to the resolution. <br />Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to approve Resolution <br />No. 4011 with the additional clause as -read by City Attorney Edwards. Unanimous <br />vote. <br />Mayor Gonzales and Council members thanked the Meet and Confer Team, the Employee <br />Associations, and all Staff involved for their expediency and conscientious efforts. <br />Recreation <br />Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to approve the Recreation <br />Budget in final as tentatively approved. Unanimous vote. <br />City Council <br />Moved by Mayor Gonzales, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to approve the City <br />Council Budget. Unanimous vote. <br />Police <br />Moved by Mayor Gonzales, seconded by Councilman Hayes, to approve the Police Budget <br />with the deletion of the tentatively approved Clerk Typist and reconsider this <br />position again at Mid -year Budget review. Unanimous vote. <br />City Clerk <br />Moved by Councilwoman Garcia, seconded by Mayor Gonzales, to approve the City Clerk's <br />Budget as tentatively approved. Unanimous vote. <br />City Treasurer <br />Mayor Gonzales reported the City Council had a letter request from the City Treasurer. <br />There being no action or discussion on this budget, the Mayor called for it to be by- <br />passed and consider later this evening. <br />Personnel <br />Moved by Councilwoman Garcia, seconded by Councilman Hayes, to approve the Personnel <br />Budget.
