EXECUTIVE SESSION: 433 The City Council adjourned to executive session at 6:59 p. m., to discuss the status of the Meet and Confer procwss. The City Council reconvened at 7:42 p. m., all members present as upon roll call. Memorandums of Understanding Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, to approve Resolution No. 4010. Unanimous vote. RESOLUTION NO. 4010 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON TO CONSIDER MEMORANDUMS OF UNDERSTANDING FOR MEMBERS OF THE COLTON POLICE ASSOCIATION AND MEMBERS OF THE GENERAL AND FIRE CHAPTERS OF THE SAN BERNARDINO PUBLIC EMPLOYEES ASSOCI- ATION OF THE CITY OF COLTON, EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1980. Resolution No. 4012 City Attorney Edwards reported the City Council had elected compensate the Management and Confidential employees of the City of Colton in the same manner as the General Employees, with an option to elect to receive an additional two 0) percent salary increase and deleting the dental plan benefit. Q RESOLUTION NO. 4012 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL AFFORDING BENEFITS TO MANAGE- MENT AND CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF COLTON. Resolution No. 4011 City Attorney Edwards introduced Resolution No. 4011, reading it as to number and title. City Attorney Edwards reported that additional language would be needed in Resolution No. 4011 to allow the option provided by Resolution No. 4012. Mr. Edwards read a clause to be added to the resolution. Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to approve Resolution No. 4011 with the additional clause as -read by City Attorney Edwards. Unanimous vote. Mayor Gonzales and Council members thanked the Meet and Confer Team, the Employee Associations, and all Staff involved for their expediency and conscientious efforts. Recreation Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to approve the Recreation Budget in final as tentatively approved. Unanimous vote. City Council Moved by Mayor Gonzales, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to approve the City Council Budget. Unanimous vote. Police Moved by Mayor Gonzales, seconded by Councilman Hayes, to approve the Police Budget with the deletion of the tentatively approved Clerk Typist and reconsider this position again at Mid -year Budget review. Unanimous vote. City Clerk Moved by Councilwoman Garcia, seconded by Mayor Gonzales, to approve the City Clerk's Budget as tentatively approved. Unanimous vote. City Treasurer Mayor Gonzales reported the City Council had a letter request from the City Treasurer. There being no action or discussion on this budget, the Mayor called for it to be by- passed and consider later this evening. Personnel Moved by Councilwoman Garcia, seconded by Councilman Hayes, to approve the Personnel Budget. Unanimous vote. JUN 2 6 1980
