Absent was Councilman Hayes. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />Minutes <br />December 18, 1979 <br />Warrants <br />32383 32625 through 32870 <br />11702 through 11859 <br />December 28, 1979 Inclusive <br />Swimming Pool <br />Construction Progress Report. <br />Moved By Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Temby, to approve <br />the Consent Calendar. Unanimous vote. <br />MAYOR'S REPORTS AND PROCLAMATIONS: <br />Boards and Commissions <br />Recreation & Parks Com. <br />On recommendation of Mayor Gonzales, moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, <br />seconded by Councilman Rehrer and unanimously passed, Mary Chavez <br />was appointed to the Recreation & Parks Commission. <br />On recommendation and motion of Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman <br />Temby and unanimously passed, Ann Blinkinsop was appointed to the <br />Recreation & Parks Commission. <br />Utilities Commission <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rehrer and <br />unanimously passed, Robert Blinkinsop was appointed to the Utilities <br />Commission. <br />Civil Service Board <br />Moved by Councilman Temby, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to ratify <br />the appointments of Jeannie Ferrante and Allen McKersie, to the Civil <br />Service Board. Unanimous vote. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br />Prezoning (Annexation East 32) <br />City Attorney Edwards reported that a public hearing is shown on <br />tonights' agenda, that being Planning Commission Resolution No. 930, <br />Index No. A-12-79, Prezoning of Annexation East 32. Mr. Edwards <br />recommended that this public hearing be reset due to the fact that <br />the Notice to Property Owners and the Notice Published erroneously gave <br />the hearing date of Tuesday, January 2, 1979. Mr. Edwards said <br />today is Wednesday, January 2, 1980, and although the error can be <br />understood, it would be best to readvertise and renotice the hearing <br />in order to give everyone interested in this matter an opportunity to <br />be heard properly. <br />Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Temby, and unanimously <br />passed, the public hearing on Planning Commission Resolution No. 930 <br />Index No. A-12-79, was set for Tuesday, February, 1980. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS! <br />JAN 2 1980 <br />
