COMMUNITY SERVICES DIRECTOR'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: Street Vacations Res. No. 4004 Community Services Director Calvin Wang reported from his memorandum dated June 13, 1980, regarding the street rights-of-way vacation of Indian Knoll Road, northeast of Mt. Vernon Avenue, as requested by Pierce Plaza Company, owner of the adjacent properties. Mr. Wang advised that the Planning Commission reviewed this matter and recom- mended vacation of this unimproved road, subject to retention of right-of-way width and easements for utility purposes. Mr. Wang concluded if the Council is in agreement, Staff would recommend ap- proval of Resolution No. 4004, declaring the intent to vacate Indian Knoll Road and setting this matter for public hearing on Tuesday, July 15, 1980. RESOLUTION NO. 4004.- RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALI- FORNIA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ORDER THE ABANDONMENT OF A PORTION OF INDIAN KNOLL ROAD. Street Vacations Res. No. 4005 Mr. Wang reviewed the street right-of-way vacation of a 20 foot portion of Meadow Lane, north of Washington Street, as requested by Southern Commercial Corporation, owner of land adjacent to the west of Meadow Lane. Mr. Wang stated the Planning Commission reviewed this item and recommended approval of the street vacation. Mr. Wang said if Council concurs, it would be in order to approve Resolution No. 4005, declaring the intent to vacate a portion of Meadow Lane and setting this matter for public hearing on Tuesday, July 15, 1980. Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, to approve Resolution No. 4005. Unanimous vote. RESOLUTION NO. 4005 - RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALI- FORNIA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ORDER THE ABANDONMENT OF A PORTION OF MEADOW LANE. No. 4006 Recreation Director Max Lofy requested Council's consideration and approval of Resolution No. 4005, establishing an hourly rate for the part-time employees of the Colton Plunge.
