484 RESOLUTION NO. 4052 - RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 25225 A RESOLUTION ESTABLISH- ING RULES AND REGULATIONS RELATING TO THE CONSTRUCTION AND IN- SPECTION OF STREET IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN PUBLIC STREETS, ALLEYS, COURTS AND OTHER PUBLIC PLACES. RESOLUTION NO. 4053 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING DEPARTMENTS TO CHARGE COSTS OF REPRODUCTION OF CERTAIN DOCUMENTS. Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to approve the Consent Calendar. Unanimous vote. MAYOR'S REPORTS AND PROCLAMATIONS: Board of Supervisors Colton Justice Court Mayor Gonzales referred to his memorandum to the Council Members requesting the newly organized Board of Supervisors, who will meet December 1, 1980, to re- establish the Colton Justice Court. Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Hayes, authorizing that a letter be written, for the Mayor's signature, to the Board of Supervisors requesting re- establishment of the Colton Justice Court. Unanimous vote. Chamber of Commerce Mr. Wes Hayden, President of the Chamber of Commerce, presented a plaque to the City Council thanking them for their assistance and participation in "Colton Western Days" celebration. Mr. Hayden also commended the City Staff for their assistance and cooperation during "Colton Western Days". CORRESPONDENCE: Ra i 1 rnaric Mayor Gonzales referred to a memorandum from the City Manager regarding correspond- ence from the Southern Pacific Transportation Company and One Market Street Proper- ties, and from the law firm of Redwine and Sherrill, relating to their property located north of Interstate 10, Hunts Lane on the east, and the Santa Ana River on the west, and possible drainage problems from future developments. Mayor Gonzales advised that Staff has been in contact with these companies, and will continue working with them in order to come up with some possible solutions for the drainage problems in that area. RECREATION AND PARKS COMMISSION REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: Ad Hoc Committee Teen Center City Manager Trevino reported that several meetings have been held with the Ad Hoc Committee to discuss plans for the proposed Teen Center project, and a more detailed and finalized report will be made to the City Council at the meeting scheduled for December 2, 1980. CITY MANAGER'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: Insurance Res. No. 4054 City Manager Trevino referred to his memorandum recommending approval of Resolu- tion No. 4054, reflecting a cost saving of $16,800 in Unemployment Insurance, due to a reduction in the premium rate. Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to approve Resolution No. 4054. Unanimous vote.
