Mayor Huntoon stated that in lieu of the study discussed this evening, <br />and the impact on City services, he would not be in favor of passing <br />Second Reading on this ordinance. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios, to pass <br />Second Reading and adopt Ordinance No. 1686. Upon Roll Call, the <br />Vote was: <br />AYES: Two; Rios, Cisneros. <br />NOES: Two; Huntoon, Rehrer. <br />ABSENT: One; Garcia. <br />Motion did not carry. <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: <br />Mr. Ralph Kilborn, 393 Reche Canyon Road, Colton, spoke to the Council <br />with regard to the impact study discussed this evening, stating there <br />were several other developments that had not been mentioned, and those <br />developments effected the Reche Canyon area, and he felt the Council <br />should be aware of it. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios and unani- <br />mously passed, Mayor Huntoon adjourned the meeting at 8:45 p. m. <br />AN ,A�i.kUD <br />JANE M.
