Mr. Aguilera stated when this item was returned to the Planning Commis- sion for additional review, Condition No. 2 of Planning Commission Res- olution No. 2063, was changed to read "five-foot high wrought iron instead of "six-foot high wrought iron fence". Mr. Aguilera concluded if Council concurs with Staff's report and the Planning Commission's recommendations, it would be in order to con- sider First Reading of Ordinance No. 1696.
