No. 4547 <br />Acting Director of Community Services John Hutton reported <br />that the <br />Office of Traffic Safety currently has funds available for <br />traffic <br />signal analysis and safety evaluations, and these funds can <br />be util- <br />Oized <br />to show the current and future needs of the City's traffic <br />signal <br />and signing system. <br />LD <br />Mr. Hutton continued the City can meet the requirements of <br />matching <br />0 <br />funds by using City personnel time on the project, and Resolution <br />No. <br />co <br />4547 approves and agrees to the preparation of an agreement <br />with the <br />Q <br />California Office of Traffic Safety for the development of <br />a traffic <br />control device and accident record system. <br />Mr. Hutton concluded Staff recommends approval of Resolution No. 4547 <br />and the proposed project. <br />Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to approve <br />Resolution No. 4547 and proposed traffic safety project. Unanimous <br />vote. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4547 <br />- A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON AGREEING TO THE PREPARATION OF AN AGREE- <br />MENT WITH THE CALIFORNIA OFFICE OF TRAFFIC SAFE- <br />TY FOR THE PURPOSE OF OBTAINING A GRANT RELATIVE <br />TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF A TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICE <br />INVENTORY AND ACCIDENT RECORD SYSTEM, AND AUTH- <br />ORIZING EXECUTION BY DESIGNATED OFFICIALS. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Multifamily Housing Projects <br />Res. Nos. 4548 & 4549 <br />City Manager Elliott presented two resolutions for Council's considera- <br />tion and approval relating to proposed multifamily housing projects an <br />bond financing for the developments. <br />Mr. Elliott stated that although these are last minute items to the <br />agenda, it was necessary to present them this evening due to time limi- <br />tations for the financing. <br />Mr. Elliott concluded Staff would recommend approval of Resolution No. <br />4548, relating to Sycamore Investors, and Resolution No. 4549, relating <br />to Robertson Homes. <br />Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to approve <br />Resolution Nos. 4548 and 4549.
