MAYOR'S REPORTS AND PROCLAMATIONS: Sister City Program Councilwoman Cisneros reported from her memorandum regarding the Sister City Program, recommending the City of Colton enter into a Sister City relationship with the City of Puruandiro, Michoacan, Mexico, and terminate the relationship with the former Sister City of Cananea. Mrs. Cisneros stated there were two resolutions pre- pared for these actions. Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, to ap- prove Resolution No. 4627. Unanimous vote. RESOLUTION NO. 4627 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON TO RESCIND RESOLUTION NO. 2990 AND TERMI- NATE RELATIONSHIP WITH CANANEA, SONORA, MEXICO. Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, to ap- prove Resolution No. 4628. Unanimous vote. RESOLUTION NO. 4628 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, U.S.A., REGARDING THE CITY OF PURUANDIRO, MICHOACAN, MEXICO. Proclamations Mayor Huntoon read in full a Proclamation stating the City of Colton will support and join the Allied Law Enforcement Agencies, the Admin- istration of Justice System, the Associated Support Groups, and citi- zens of San Bernardino County in the ATTACK DRUNK DRIVING CAMPAIGN.
