84 <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />4630 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />COLTON REGARDING OVERCROWDED CONDITIONS <br />COLTON JOINT UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT. <br />Beautification Committee <br />CITY OF <br />IN THE <br />City Manager Elliott presented to the Council, for their considera- <br />tion, a proposed beautification program entitled "TAKE PRIDE IN COLTON <br />which establishes a Beautification Committee as a basis for the program <br />Mr. Elliott said if Council concurs, Staff recommends acceptance and <br />approval of the "TAKE PRIDE IN COLTON" beautification program. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios, to accept <br />and approve the "TAKE PRIDE IN COLTON" beautification program as out- <br />lined by Staff. Unanimous vote. <br />i <br />City Manager Elliott recommended acceptance of grant of Easement from <br />Pacific Scene for water main and appurtenances as part of the engineer- <br />ing requirements for the development of Parcel Map No.. 3311. <br />Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, to accept <br />Grant of Easement from Pacific Scene, as outlined by Staff. Unanimous <br />vote. <br />City Manger Elliott requested a Closed Session with the City Council <br />at the end of the Meeting. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Ordinance No. 1685 <br />Second Reading <br />City Attorney Edwards presented Ordinance No. 1685 for Second Reading, <br />reading it as to number and title only, advising this ordinance con- <br />cerns a zone amendment on property located on the south side of Fairway y. <br />Drive, west of E1 Camino Real. <br />Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, to pass <br />Second Reading and adopt Ordinance No. 1685. Unanimous vote. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1685 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING ORDI- <br />(Second Reading) NANCE NO. 16020 AS AMENDED, AND PROVIDING FOR CER- <br />TAIN ZONE RECLASSIFICATIONS. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 8:10 p* m., to discuss <br />Meet and Confer Matters, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6, <br />and Litigation, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a), and <br />reconvened at 9:10 p. m., all Members present. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios and unani- <br />mously passed, Mayor Huntoon adjourned the meeting at 9:10 p. m. <br />fir <br />wazn� <br />HELEN A.
