LD 0 City Manager Elliott reported the Tax Reform Act of 1984 has added a 00 new paragraph to the Housing Tax Law, Section 1O3A of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, requiring that any City wishing to issue Mortgage Revenue Bonds must adopt a Housing Policies Report during the year preceding issuance of the bonds. The City of Colton is on the alloca- tion list for the State of California to issue 20 million dollars of bonds for 1985. Mr. Elliott said Staff recommends the City Council adopt Resolution No. 4562, approving the Housing Policies Report and ordering its publica- tion.
