ORDINANCE NO. 1689 - ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF' C (Second Reading) COLTON, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE TERMS AND COIF DITIONS OF AN ASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT AND A POWER SALES CONTRACT, AND APPROVING THE ENTERING INTO OF SAID AGREEMENT AND CONTRACT. Nos. 1690 & 1692 City Attorney Edwards introduced Ordinance Nos. 1690 and 1692 for First Reading, advising these documents pertain to establishing regulations for vesting tentative maps for residential subdivisions and changing expiration periods of tentative maps from three years to five years, pursuant to new State laws. Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to pass First Reading and waive further reading of Ordinance Nos. 1690 & 1692. Unanimous vote. Ms. Lore.nz.a Va.sq-uez,. 677 South 8th St-reet, , questioned the updating of the General Plan and the proposed- meetings. Planning Director Aguilera advised the update of the General Plan will be for the whole City, there will be public meetings held for public input, which will be advertised, and also public hearings will be held. Mr. Aguilera stated an Ad Hoc Committee has been established, consist- ing of three Planning Commissioners, who will be working with C.S.A. on the updating of the General Plan.
