ORDINANCE NO. 1689 - ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF' C <br />(Second Reading) COLTON, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE TERMS AND COIF <br />DITIONS OF AN ASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT AND A POWER <br />SALES CONTRACT, AND APPROVING THE ENTERING INTO <br />OF SAID AGREEMENT AND CONTRACT. <br />Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to pass Second <br />Reading and adopt Ordinance No. 1689 Unanimous vote. <br />Tentative Maps <br />Ord. Nos. 1690 & 1692 <br />City Attorney Edwards introduced Ordinance Nos. 1690 and 1692 for <br />First Reading, advising these documents pertain to establishing <br />regulations for vesting tentative maps for residential subdivisions <br />and changing expiration periods of tentative maps from three years <br />to five years, pursuant to new State laws. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to pass <br />First Reading and waive further reading of Ordinance Nos. 1690 & 1692. <br />Unanimous vote. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1690 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />O (First Reading) ,r COLTON ADDING CHAPTER 16.26 TO THE COLTON MUNICI- <br />PAL CODE ESTABLISHING REGULATIONS FOR VESTING TEN- <br />LO <br />��'� TATIVE MAPS FOR RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISIONS. <br />Q ORDINANCE_NO. 1692 - ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />Co (First Reading) COLTON AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1520, AND COLTON <br />Q MUNICIPAL CODE, TITLE 16, PERTAINING TO MAPS. <br />Ordinance No. 1691 <br />First Reading <br />City Attorney Edwards introduced Ordinance No. 1691 for First Reading, <br />advising that he was submitting to the City Council a revised version <br />of that ordinance. Mr. Edwards then read the ordinance in its entir- <br />ity. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to pass <br />First Reading and waive further reading of Ordinance No. 1691. Unanimous vote. <br />Ms. Lore.nz.a Va.sq-uez,. 677 South 8th St-reet, , questioned the updating of <br />the General Plan and the proposed- meetings. <br />Planning Director Aguilera advised the update of the General Plan will <br />be for the whole City, there will be public meetings held for public <br />input, which will be advertised, and also public hearings will be held. <br />Mr. Aguilera stated an Ad Hoc Committee has been established, consist- <br />ing of three Planning Commissioners, who will be working with C.S.A. on <br />the updating of the General Plan. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 7:52 p. m., to discuss <br />Personnel Matters, pursuant to Government.Code Section 54957, and Labor <br />Relation Matters, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6, and re- <br />convened at 8:25 p. m., all Membgrs present. <br />
