Unanimous vote. <br />MAYOR'S REPORTS AND PROCLAMATIONS: <br />Resolutions <br />Mayor Huntoon read in full a Resolution declaring that the City <br />Council of the City of Colton endorses the Fair Responsibility Act <br />of 1986, and urges its support and passage. <br />Boards & Commissions <br />Planning Commission <br />Mayor Huntoon presented to Mrs. Shirley Face a plaque acknowledging <br />her years of dedicated service to the Planning Commission. <br />Councilman Rehrer stated that he had recommended Mrs. Face's appoint- <br />ment to the Planning Commission, and commended her for a job well done. <br />Mayor Huntoon then read his memorandum regarding the reappointment of <br />Antonio Vilches, for a four year term, and recommending appointment of <br />Brad Henderson, for a four year term, to the Planning Commission. <br />Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Rios, approving and <br />ratifying Mayor's appointment/reappointment to the Planning Commission -,W, <br />Motion carried, with Councilwoman Garcia voting NO. <br />Beautification Committee <br />Mrs. Betty Cook made a presentation with regard to the newly formed <br />Beautification Committee, outlining their program and goals, and in- <br />troduced the Members present. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br />Zoning/General Plan Amendment <br />UT <br />
