No. 4686 <br />Mayor Huntoon declared the Public Hearing open. <br />City Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavit of Publication and reported <br />that no protests or objections had been received. <br />City Manager Elliott reported on the financing of a commercial project, <br />proposed to be constructed by Las Palomas Associates, to be undertaken <br />by the Redevelopment Agency pursuant to the provisions of the Commun- <br />ity Redevelopment Law, and will involve an installment sale financing <br />arrangement, including the issuance of certificates of participation, <br />in the amount of 1.5 million dollars. Mr. Elliott concluded Staff rec- <br />ommended approval of Resolution No. 4686. <br />Mayor Huntoon asked if anyone present desired to speak on this matter. <br />Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to terminate <br />the Public Hearing.
