Unanimous vote. <br />MAYOR'S REPORTS AND PROCT.AMATTnmR. <br />Mayor Huntoon read in full a Proclamation declaring September 1985 <br />as PTA Membership Enrollment Month. Mayor Huntoon acknowledged <br />Mrs. Mary Chavez and Mr's. Pauline.'Mos'her, PTA kepresentatives present <br />to receive the proclamation. Mayor Huntoon stated the proclamation <br />would be forwarded to them after Councilwoman Garcia has signed it. <br />Awa`r'ds <br />Reserve Dispatchers <br />Acting Chief of Police Paul Connolly introduced the 12 individuals <br />who volunteered to train as reserve dispatchers. Chief Connolly stated <br />the program was initiated by Captain Fred Malouf and these young <br />people will be acting as backup dispatcher when a need`ar"ises; in turn, <br />they have received some valuable training that will help them in the <br />future. <br />Mayor Huntoon awarded the following individuals their Training <br />Certificates as Chief Connolly intr,odu,ced them;- Barbara Bua, Lisa <br />Campos, Elizabeth DeJong, Joe Diemert', Marie Lukesh, Patricia Peach, <br />Larry Pool, Contance Salinas, Craig Scott, Shari Sproal, Betsy Stewart <br />and Sharene Swift.
