<br />Mayor Huntoon announced this was the time set to consider the aban-
<br />donment of a portion of Valley Boulevard between Pepper and Eucalyptus

<br />City Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavit of Publication and reported
<br />that no protests or objections had been received.

<br />Mr. John Hutton reported the Council previously approved ,th.e Resolution
<br />declaring the Intention to abandon a portion of Valley Boulevard. Mr.
<br />Hutton said all notices and advertisements have been duly posted and
<br />of ter ..the conclusion of tbe. ,public hearing., staff recommendation is to
<br />adopt the resolution ordering the vacation.
<br />Mayor Huntoon declared the public hearing open.
