<br />Mrs. Thornberry stated depending on the financing mechanisms eventual-
<br />ly utilized from the Finance Plan, reimbursement of the City's contri-
<br />bution can be expected.
<br />Mrs. Thornberry concluded Staff recommends adoption of Resolution No.
<br />R-78-86.
<br />Councilwoman Garcia asked where these funds were being transferred
<br />from.
<br />Mrs. Thornberry replied the funds would be taken from the General Fund.
<br />Councilwoman Garcia stated that the AMIGA Program is costing the City
<br />alot of money. Mrs. Garcia said the City is continuing to allocate
<br />money for these programs and she has seen nothing in writing, or con-
<br />tracts, to support the spending.
<br />Mayor Huntoon stated that he serves on the Executive Committee of AMIGA,
<br />Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Mayor Huntoon, to bring this matter
<br />back at the next regular Council Meeting, June 17, 1986. Motion carried,
<br />with Councilwoman Garcia voting NO.

<br />The City Council recessed at 8:05 p. m., to discuss the business of the
<br />Redevelopment Agency, and reconvened at 8:26 p. m., all Members present.

<br />Acting City Manager Edwards stated it would now be appropriate for the
<br />City Council to consider the amended Loan and Pledge Agreement between
<br />the City of Colton and the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton
<br />regarding Redevelopment Project No. 4.
<br />Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilman Garcia, to approve
<br />amended Loan and Pledge Agreement between the City -of Colton and the
<br />Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton for Redevelopment Project
<br />No. 4. Unanimous vote.
