173 <br />The City Council recessed at 9:23 p. m., to discuss the business of the <br />Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton, and reconvened at 9:30 p.m. <br />Moved by Mayor Huntoon, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, to call for <br />formation of a Fiscal Review Committee.
