Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to refer the item of Ordinance No. 0-7-86 to the next regular Council Meeting. Unanimous vote. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: Mr. Ralph Kilborn, 393 Reche Canyon Road, Colton, spoke about the Re- development Agency for the City of Colton, stating he felt the RDA needs to make offers that pending businesses cannot refuse, there needs to be changes made, and some of its revenue should be put into the City''T General Fund. Mr. Kilborn felt the Price Club should have stayed in the City of Colton. Mayor Huntoon suggested that Mr. Kilborn get in touch with Mrs. Jennifer Thornberry, Redevelopment Agency Manager.
