R-46-86 - RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON ESTABLISHING A PAY AND CLASSIFICATION <br />PLAN FOR THE POLICE RANK AND FILE UNIT OF THE <br />C'IT'Y ..OF' <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Ordinance No. 0-7-86 <br />First Reading <br />City Attorney Edwards advised that Ordinance No. 0-7-86, with regard <br />to regulating taxicabs in the City of Colton, will be discussed at the <br />next regular Council Meeting, at which time he will have the existing <br />ordinance before the Council Members for their information. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to <br />refer the item of Ordinance No. 0-7-86 to the next regular Council <br />Meeting. Unanimous vote. <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: <br />Mr. Ralph Kilborn, 393 Reche Canyon Road, Colton, spoke about the Re- <br />development Agency for the City of Colton, stating he felt the RDA <br />needs to make offers that pending businesses cannot refuse, there needs <br />to be changes made, and some of its revenue should be put into the City''T <br />General Fund. Mr. Kilborn felt the Price Club should have stayed in the <br />City of Colton. <br />Mayor Huntoon suggested that Mr. Kilborn get in touch with Mrs. Jennifer <br />Thornberry, Redevelopment Agency Manager. <br />RECESS: <br />APR 1 1986 <br />
