West ValleyProject Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, -seconded by Councilman Rios, approving expanded Membership Roster for the Project Area Committee, First Amend- ment, West Valley Project. Motion carried, with Councilwoman Garcia O disqualifying herself. Mt. Vernon Corridor Project Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, approv- ing the Project Area Committee Membership Roster, with the addition of Evelyn Rehrer, Mt. Vernon Corridor Project. Notion carried, with Council- man Rehrer disqualifying himself. MAYOR'S REPORTS AND PROCLAMATIONS: Proclamations Mayor Gonzales referred to a Proclamation declaring DRUNK DRIVER AWARE- NESS SEASON. The Proclamation will be.mailed to National Safety Council. Presentations Mayor Gonzales presented to Max Lofy a plaque honoring him for his years of service to the City, and congratulating him upon his retirement. Councilwoman Garcia stated Max's wife, Natalie, should also be recog- nized and commended for sharing..her husband with the'City for so many years. Regional Boards, Commissions, Agencies AMIGA Moved by Mayor Gonzales, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, appointing Mayor Gonzales as Member Representative on the Executive Committee of-AMIGA, and Mayor Pro Tem Garcia as the Alternate, and approving RESOLUTION NO. R-186-86. Unanimous vote. SANBAG Moved 'by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Rios, ratifying Mayor's reappointment of Councilwoman Cisneros as Member to SANBAG, with Mayor Gonzales as Alternate. Unanimous vote.
