229 <br />Ordinance No. 0-11-86 <br />Second Reading <br />City Attorney Edwards presented Ordinance No. 0-11-86 for Second Read- <br />ing, reading it as to number and title: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-11-86 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING <br />(Second Reading) THE AGUA MANSA INDUSTRIAL CORRIDOR SPECIFIC <br />PLAN. <br />Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to pass Second <br />Reading and adopt Ordinance No. 0-11-86. Unanimous vote. <br />Ordinance No. 0-12-86 <br />Second Reading <br />City Attorney Edwards presented Ordinance No. 0-12-86 for Second Read- <br />ing, and stated that Resolution No. R-104-86 was a companion'to this <br />ordinance and could be adopted therewith. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-12-86 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING <br />(Second Reading) ORDINANCE NO. 16029 AS AMENDED, AND PROVIDING <br />Q FOR CERTAIN ZONE RECLASSIFICATIONS. <br />(D .RESOLUTION NO. Motion carried, with Mayor Huntoon voting NO. <br />Ordinance No. 0-13-86 <br />Second Reading <br />City'Attorney Edwards presented Ordinance No. 0-13-86 for Second Read- <br />ing, reading it as to number and title: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-13-86 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />(Second Reading) OF COLTON AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1466. <br />Rl ori n„Q <br />City Attorney Edwards reported that the City Clerk was requesting an <br />Adjourned Council Meeting, either Monday or Tuesday, July 21 or 22, <br />1986, to consider the Rent Stabilization Initiative. <br />On Council consensus, the date of Monday, July 21, 1986, at 5:30 p. m., <br />was agreed upon. <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: <br />Mr. Wilford Sklar, 5904 Copperfield Avenue, Riverside, read a statement <br />to the City Council opposing Ordinance No. 0-10-86 and the Redevelop- <br />ment Plan for the West Valley Redevelopment Project as submitted. Mr. <br />Sklar objected to the fact that his property was left out of the pro- <br />posed project, and that he had never been notified of the public hear- <br />ings. Mr. Sklar asked that the City Council reconsider adoption of <br />Ordinance No. 0-10-86, and that he wanted to go on record as being op- <br />posed to that ordinance, and that he legally and technically objected <br />to this development. <br />City Attorney Edwards stated this matter was fully heard at the Council <br />Meeting held July 1, 1986, Mr. Sklar was present at that meeting and <br />was given the opportunity to be heard. Mr. Edwards said many other <br />persons are involved in this matter and are not present this evening. <br />Cement Plant <br />Mr. Fred Cordova, 190 East "E" Street, and Mr. Henry Mendoza, 464 West <br />"M" Street, both complained about the dust, noise and vibrations that <br />come from the Colton Cement Plant, and asked the City to check into <br />this to see what could be done. <br />JUL 15 1986 <br />
