260 <br />Councilwoman Garcia stated she would also be in favor of Option C, as <br />she felt City Hall looked drab in many areas, and the Council Chambers <br />looked atrocious. <br />After additional discussion, moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by <br />Councilwoman Garcia, to approve Option C for the renovation of City Hall <br />as presented by Consuelo Eckhardt Associates, Inc.
