R-48-89. <br />(7) Grant Deeds <br />Acceptance of Grant Deed from Pacific Fruit Express Company <br />for Right -of -Way needed for "M" Street realignment. <br />(8) Bids <br />Award of Bid, RTE Corporation, $7,762.38, Transformers for the <br />Electric Department. <br />(9) Electric <br />Adoption of Electric Load Forecast. <br />(10) Grants <br />Adopt Resolution approving the submission of a Proposal by the <br />City of Colton under the California Beverage Container Recycling <br />and Litter Reduction Act, RESOLUTION NO. TTF.Mq <br />Presentations <br />Mayor Gonzales and Realtor, Pauline Wood, acknowledged five home owners <br />in the City of Colton, who were honored with Certificates as "Pride of <br />Home Winners". Mayor Gonzales and Mrs. Wood congratulated the home- <br />owners and commended them for showing pride of ownership in their homes <br />and also for helping to make Colton a more attractive place to live. <br />Boards & Commissions <br />Planning Commission <br />Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilman Lofy, ratifying appoint- <br />ment of Martin Vega to the Planning Commission. Unanimous vote. <br />Housing Advisory & Appeals Board <br />Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, ratifying <br />appointment of Jane Judy to the Housing Advisory & Appeals Board. Vote <br />was unanimous. <br />Civil Service Board <br />Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Lofy, ratifying ap- <br />pointment of Dean Carter to the Civil Service Board.
