Vote <br />was unanimous. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-7-89 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />(First Reading) COLTON.AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3609, ORDINANCE NO. <br />1629, AND SECTIONS 13.16.025 THROUGH 13.16.060 OF <br />THE COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE ESTABLISHING SEWER SER- <br />VICE CHARGES, WASTEWATER CAPACITY CHARGES, AND <br />Lo WASTEWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT FEES. <br />a) CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />< Fees <br />City Attorney Edwards reported as Council directed, the fee to be paid <br />for apprehension of dogs picked up by the Animal Control Officer be <br />fixed as follows: First, $25; Second, $30; Third, $35. <br />Mr. Edwards advised that Resolution No. R-44-89 provides this, and <br />Staff would recommend approval of this Resolution. <br />Moved by Mayor Gonzales, seconded by Councilman Lofy, to approve RESOLU- <br />TION NO. R-44-89. Upon Roll Call, the Vote was: AYES: Two; Gonzales, <br />Rios. NOES: Three; Cisneros, Rehrer, Lofy. ABSENT: None. Motion did <br />not carry. <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: <br />Mr. E. E. "Pete" Morgan, 413 West Mill Street, Colton, thanked the City <br />Council for completion of the Mill Street Storm Drain project, stating <br />the residents in that area do not mind the rainy season now. <br />Mr. Robert D. Noerr, 11549 Reche Canyon Road, Colton, presented a Petition <br />to the City Clerk, containing 22 signatures, opposing the proposed Annexa- <br />tion South 46. <br />Community Development Director Aguilera advised that Annexation South 46 <br />(Kent), will be reprocessed at a later date by LAFCO. <br />City Clerk Helen Ramos advised Mr. Noerr that Annexation South 46 will <br />be discussed by LAFCO at their meeting of April 19, 1989. <br />RECESS: <br />The City Council recessed at 9:20 p. m., to take up the business of the <br />Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton, and reconvened at 9:21 p.m., <br />all Members present. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 9:22 p. m., to discuss <br />Personnel Matters, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957, and re- <br />convened at 10:40 p. m., all Members present. <br />Pcrannncl <br />APR 4 1989 <br />
