VERALRUD <br />eputy City Clerk <br />City of Colton <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />DECEMBER 19, 1989 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held <br />on the above given date at 7:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City <br />Hall, Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />LD <br />® Council Members present were Rios, Cisneros, Rehrer, Lofy, and Mayor <br />M Gonzales. Also present were City Manager Keane, City Attorney Edwards, <br />and City Clerk Ramos. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(1) Minutes <br />December 5, 1989 <br />(2) Warrants <br />85901 - 86302 <br />154325 - 154489, 154490 - 154709 <br />December 14, 1989 <br />(3) Bids <br />Award of Bid, West Coast Utility Equipment, $232,447.38, one <br />8 -ton Digger Derrick for the Electric Department. <br />(4) Electric <br />California -Oregon Transmission Project request of Southern <br />San Joaquin Valley Power Authority to assign their interest <br />to Pacific Gas & Electric Company. <br />(5) Contracts <br />Approval of 1990 Weatherization Contract with the San Bernardino <br />County Community Services Department. <br />(6) Notice of Completion <br />Acceptance of Fogg Street Extension, Phase I, as 100% complete <br />and authorize filing the Notice of Completion. <br />(7) Notice of Completion <br />Acceptance of the Citrus Street Storm Drain as 100% complete <br />and authorize filing the Notice of Completion. <br />(8) Landscape Maintenance District <br />Approval of Annexation Nos. 27 and 28 into the City's Land- <br />scape Maintenance District, RESOLUTION NO.
