ORDINANCE NO. 0-13-89 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 15 OF THE 113 COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE, TO REQUIRE SECURITY DEVICES IN CERTAIN BUILDINGS AS BURGLARY PREVENTION MEASURES, AND PROVIDING FOR THE ENFORCEMENT THEREOF BY CHAPTER 15. RECESS: The City Council recessed at 6:28 p.m. to take up the business of the Redevelopment Agency. The City Council reconvened at 7:04 p.m. and adjourned to Closed Session on matters relating to potential litigation, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(c). COUNCIL MEETING JULY 189 1989 A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above given date at 7:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Mayor Gonzales presiding. Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Invocation was offered by Pastor Stephen Anderson, Healing Waters Church. ROLL CALL Council Members present were Rios, Cisneros, Rehrer, Lofy, and Mayor Gonzales. Also present were City Manager Keane, City Attorney Edwards, and City Clerk Ramos.
