ORDINANCE NO. 0-13-89 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 15 OF THE 113 <br />COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE, TO REQUIRE SECURITY <br />DEVICES IN CERTAIN BUILDINGS AS BURGLARY <br />PREVENTION MEASURES, AND PROVIDING FOR THE <br />ENFORCEMENT THEREOF BY CHAPTER 15. <br />RECESS: <br />The City Council recessed at 6:28 p.m. to take up the business of the <br />Redevelopment Agency. <br />The City Council reconvened at 7:04 p.m. and adjourned to Closed <br />Session on matters relating to potential litigation, pursuant to <br />Government Code Section 54956.9(c). <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />The City Council reconvened at 7:29 p.m. All members present. City Clerk <br />LD City of Colton <br />M <br />The first meeting in July fell on a holiday, July 4, 1989, therefore <br />all business was deferred to the second meeting in July, held July 18, <br />1989. <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />JULY 189 1989 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held <br />on the above given date at 7:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City <br />Hall, Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />Invocation was offered by Pastor Stephen Anderson, Healing Waters Church. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Council Members present were Rios, Cisneros, Rehrer, Lofy, and Mayor <br />Gonzales.
