Unanimous vote. <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Community Development Director Jaime Aguilera presented resolutions <br />that correspond with previously approved ordinances setting forth fees <br />for schedules of services as provided by the Building, Planning and <br />Engineering Divisions of the Community Development Department. <br />After discussion, moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilman Lofy, <br />to adopt Resolution Nos. R-98-88. <br />CITY CLERK'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Canvass of November 7, 1989 Election <br />City Clerk Helen Ramos made a canvass of the November 7, 1989 Election, <br />as certified by the Registrar of Voters, for Measure "0", relating to <br />the adoption of Ordinance No. 0-9-89, a change of zone. Mrs. Ramos <br />advised that Measure "0" was successful, with a Yes vote of 2,292 and <br />the No vote being 1,244. Mrs. Ramos further reported the whole number <br />of votes cast in the City was 3,328, absent voters ballots was 306, <br />making a total of 3,634 votes cast in the City. <br />Mrs. Ramos recommended adoption of Resolution No. R-151-89, declaring <br />the results of the November 7, 1989 Election. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to adopt <br />Resolution No. R-151-89. Unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-151-89 <br />NOV 21 1989 <br />- A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, RECITING THE FACT OF <br />THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION HELD IN SAID <br />CITY ON NOVEMBER 7, 1989, DECLARING THE RE- <br />SULT THEREOF AND SUCH OTHER MATTERS AS PRO- <br />VIDED BY THE PROVISIONS OF LAW. <br />
