R-98-88. RESOLUTION NO. R-149-89 - RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, FIXING AND ESTABLISHING FEES FOR FILING APPLICATIONS REQUIRED BY ORDINANCE NO. 1602 AND ORDINANCE NO. 0-21-88, AND REPEALING RESO- LUTION NO. R-98-88. CITY CLERK'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: Canvass of November 7, 1989 Election City Clerk Helen Ramos made a canvass of the November 7, 1989 Election, as certified by the Registrar of Voters, for Measure "0", relating to the adoption of Ordinance No. 0-9-89, a change of zone. Mrs. Ramos advised that Measure "0" was successful, with a Yes vote of 2,292 and the No vote being 1,244. Mrs. Ramos further reported the whole number of votes cast in the City was 3,328, absent voters ballots was 306, making a total of 3,634 votes cast in the City. Mrs. Ramos recommended adoption of Resolution No. R-151-89, declaring the results of the November 7, 1989 Election. Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to adopt Resolution No. R-151-89. Unanimous vote. RESOLUTION NO.
