151 <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 7, 1989 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held <br />on the above given date at 7:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City <br />Hall, Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />Invocation was offered by Pastor Stephen Anderson of Healing Waters <br />Church. <br />RnT.T. rAT.T. <br />Council Members present were Rios, Rehrer, Lofy, and Mayor Gonzales. <br />Also present were City Manager Keane, City Attorney Edwards, and Deputy <br />City Clerk Veralrud.
