The Resolution was accepted by Mr. Manual Pena. <br />League of California Cities <br />Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Lofy, designating <br />Mayor Gonzales as the Voting Delegate and Councilman Rios as the Voting <br />Alternate for the Annual League Conference to be held in Anaheim, Cali- <br />fornia, October 21 through 24, 1990. Unanimous vote. <br />SANBAG <br />Mayor Gonzales reviewed his memorandum regarding development of a Con- <br />gestion Management Program,, which will measurably improve the level of <br />service of the system, contribute to significant improvement in air <br />quality, improve public transit services and facilities and improve <br />transportation control measures.
