RECESS: <br />The City Council recessed at 8:40 p.m., to take up the business of the <br />Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton,, and reconvened at 8:50 p.m.,, <br />all Members present. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 8:50 p. m., to discuss <br />Pending Litigation, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a), <br />Colton Fantasy Topless, San Bernardino Superior Court, SCV 231431, and <br />Personnel Matters, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957, and re- <br />convened at 9:25 p. m., all Members present. <br />Tertiary Treatment Plant <br />Moved by Councilman Lofy, seconded by Councilman Rios, approving and <br />authorizing the City Manager to prepare a letter of commitment to <br />qualify for State loan program monies concerning the RIX Demonstration <br />Project and future Tertiary Treatment Plant.
